There are a few things Total Energy Connections will need in order to conduct a complete energy assessment and ensure that we have all the information required by Eversource or UI to get your qualified for the program.
Items required for a successful assessment
It is our goals to get our clients qualified and approved for the program in the shortest time possible. To achieve that goal we need to ensure that we have everything required available during our on-site assessment.
HAVE COPIES OF YOUR THREE (3) MOST RECENT UTILITY BILLS
This is the most critical need PRIOR to the assessment date is a copy of your last Eversource or UI electric bill. This can be emailed to email@example.com or faxed to (203)684-5575. Billing will help us determine what programs you qualify for and help streamline the qualification process.
MAKE SURE THERE IS ACCESS TO ALL CRITICAL ENERGY SYSTEMS
We will need access areas where your critical electrical systems reside. Please ensure any access boiler rooms, electrical panels, meters is provided during the assessment.
ALL REQUIRED PERSONNEL ARE AVAILABLE DURING THE ASSESSMENT
If your energy systems are managed by multiple resources, please schedule the assessment at a time where they can be contacted with any questions the Total Energy Connections auditor might need top complete the assessment.
Total Energy Connections will provide your billing and our assessment findings to the utility company for their approval and incentive assessment. The utility can take up to 30 days to respond.
PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT
Once your company is qualified for the program we will provide a proposal outlining the solution and ROI. Upon acceptance we can start in as soon as 30 days.
